  • Floors are soundproofed with a 1 1/2-inch concrete slab, separated from the floor and exterior walls by an acoustic membrane, 16in spray cellulose between joists, CALI system, resilient bars and 2 5/8 type X gypsum;
  • All adjoining walls are protected from vibrations by resilient bars and 2 layers of gypsum (1/2 and 5/8);
  • The acoustic performance results of some predetermine condos will be provided to you upon delivery of your unit, in accordance with our Transparency Policy.
